Terms and Conditions
Please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions prior to booking to avoid embarrassment
- 1 hour minimum advanced booked session (warm-ups and half hours are available to book on the day)
- Cash, cheque or card payment accepted before session start time
- Cancellation Notice:
- 2 full days notice required (48hrs) for all sessions up to 3 hours.
- Session times of 4 hours or more require 5 days notice.
- No charge for cancelled session time which is resold.
- Update 03/25: The cancellation policy for bookings of under 4 hours is 48hrs. It has always been 48hrs. For forty years it has been 48hrs – Since 1985. The are no exceptions. It has never been 24hrs, 12hrs or anything else. This rule is the same for everyone. It is unacceptable for customers (especially regular ones) to assume otherwise or plead ignorance.
- The Music Studios reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
- The Music Studios have the right to refuse and ban customers. Abuse of staff is not tolerated.
- Studios are not suitable for quality recording during busy times.
- These studios are for acoustic rehearsal only.
- No drums or amps permitted.
- No staging or dance, no filming,
- No smoking.
